Snoring is common for overweight persons. It leaves more effects on men more than the women.

Snoring occasionally is not a problem, but for your life partner. It may bother your partner and other people who take sleep near you.

As this is a common thing no-one take it serious or as a health problem and it is not at-all. Butt! If you do it frequently and loudly you will die before your time.
Is Snoring Bad for Your Health?
Yes! It may cause many health issues.

1. Frequent waking from sleep

Snoring may make you wake up many times while you sleep,
  • because it affects your breathing and cause interruptions frequently.
Many times you wake up because of lack of oxygen, but you may not realize it. This happens to many individuals not just you. This is also a sign for you that you will die while sleeping some day.

Researchers found that most snorers feel headaches in morning or any time after they wake up and they have sleep disorders too.
They also reported that people who snore have low quality living and they will be tired every time.

3. Heart attacks and stroke

Snorting can be a worse problem for some people who snore more then a sweet level.
  • As more snoring effects your blood pressure and make your heart enlarged, this increases the risks for stroke and heart diseases.
Which can lead you to a very serious heart attack. In other words may a part of your heart will die after the attack.

4. Arrhythmia

Snoring could produce some bad sounds for your heart beats.
It can affect your conductive system and enlarge left atrium after many months of snoring.
It can be a serious problem if you don't got treatment from your doctor.

5. Fatigue in day time

This is also a worse problem comes with snoring.

  • This happens when you have to work in your office or you are at outing with your family or friends, and you feel sleepiness even at day time.
This cause a major problem for some people who work in a company or have to work more than 12 hours at a shop.

6. Low level of oxygen

This maybe also a problem for your heart.
Snoring can reduce the level of oxygen in your blood and you can't breath like a common man.
It increases the risk of hypertension too. Try to sleep in a open room and don't shut all the doors (windows) of your room.

Conclusions:

Be happy and don't laugh on others, instead help them avoid snoring.
