What is snoring?

As Wikipedia say:
Snoring is the vibration of respiratory structures and the resulting sound due to obstructed air movement during breathing while sleeping.

While! Many people don't admit that they snore, and some say the snoring ruin their sleep.

People who have too much of nasal tissue (floppy) or throat makes more loud snores, because they can vibrate surrounding tissues more hardly then others.

Snoring is also a factor of sleep deprivation and your tongue is also a actor for this issue.

Are you sleep mostly on your back? you will snore. Also! You may not be a snorer every night or mid. Many people snore after 2/3 days and many do every night.
You can't snore without asleeping, and you can't sleep deeply when your snorting starts.
Sings and symptoms:
  • Dryness in mouth
  • Choking while you sleep
  • Having difficulties in breathing
  • Sore throat when you wake up
  • You can't concentrate on your work
  • More feeling of sleepiness in daytime
  • Headaches after waking up or in morning
  • You will feel depression and irritability in yourself
  • You will wake up many times during your precious sleep

If you feel that snorting for yourself is a problem, then please go to your family doctor and ask for treatment.

Snoring is normal for most people and they can live with this. But for many others this causes problems like:
  • Your partner will leave you alone at bed
  • No one will like to sleep with you even your children
  • Your family members will laugh on your snoring habit
